Program Description
Graduates of the Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training (TPLC) who wish to further refine their Transformational Presence Coaching skills may choose to continue their development with the Supervised Mentor Coaching Course with Alan via Zoom. The course includes 10 two-hour video classes as well as partner coaching with your class colleagues in between sessions.
The group size is limited to six participants. Each participant coaches in class three times. Each 2-hour class includes two practice mentor coaching sessions. These practice sessions are followed by specific feedforward for the coach about what worked really well, other directions the session might have taken, other questions that might have been asked, and other approaches or tools that might have also been used.
The Supervised Mentor Coaching Zoom Series provides 20 Coach Specific Training Hours or CCEs as recognized by the ICF.
