With graduates from 32 countries, Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training (TPLC) offers a fresh, leading-edge coaching approach based on understanding everything as energy in motion. Whether working in leadership, business, government, healthcare, society, education, or our personal lives, TPLC cuts to the core of circumstances and situations, identifies emerging potential, and then partners with that potential to discover a clear pathway forward.

Grounded in ancient wisdom traditions, quantum science, and consciousness studies, TPLC offers practical yet powerful frameworks, tools, skills, language, and approaches that expand your capacities for Whole-Mind Thinking and Whole-Being Awareness. Transformational Presence is an essential skill set for effective and impactful transformational coaching and leadership in today’s rapidly changing and unpredictable world.

The TPLC impressed me with its depth, simplicity, and powerful combination of presence and choice. To be able to create space like that requires nothing less than mastery. This is how Alan’s work is different from any other. Until I participated in the TPLC, I only knew how to make big changes through sweat, drama, and tears. Alan has shown me that transformation is possible through the stillness of the quiet heart. The greatest takeaway for me was becoming aware that struggle and difficulty was my choice.

TPLC is for me much more than a training—it is an invitation, once and for all, to declare who I choose to be in my life and what I want to support with my energy and actions.

Why Transformational Presence

Transformational Presence offers the essential foundational concepts, skill set, and capacities needed for navigating complexity and leading in today’s rapidly changing times. It’s a way of showing up as a coach or leader that creates the best possible culture or environment for accelerated growth, evolution, and personal/organizational/societal transformation.

Transformational Presence starts with alignment within ourselves, and then alignment with the greater purpose we feel called to serve. It means being aware of the dynamic and interactive energetic conversation that is constantly unfolding with ourselves and with the world around us. It’s being in dialogue with the ever-emerging potential of who we are as individuals, as organizations, as companies, and as a collective society.

In this era of the Great Breaking Open, the leaders and coaches  who will make the greatest impact are those who are skilled at navigating the complexities of a rapidly changing and uncertain world. They understand that everything—leadership, organizations, companies, governments, societies—is energy in motion. Therefore, they work with energy in order to impact form. They continue to expand their capacities for awareness, understanding, perception, resilience, compassion, and transformative action. And they constantly support those they serve to do the same.

This is what Transformational Presence is all about—creating a strong foundation for dynamic, engaged, progressive, and healthy communities, organizations, and social systems.

So much has happened for me since I was first introduced to the Transformational Presence work. No matter what is going on, my grounding in Transformational Presence is never far away. Decision-making, both day-to-day and long-term, is so much easier and clearer now. More and more, I’m able to be a “vessel” for the things that need to happen. I’m feeling much more at home in myself. My internal fire is so much stronger than ever before. I feel so privileged to have been introduced to Transformational Presence and to continue receiving its incredible gifts.
