Training & Development Programs

Forest Path in the Skāne region of Sweden

With graduates from more than 35 countries,  Transformational Presence offers a fresh, leading-edge coaching approach to life, leadership, business, government, healthcare, and education. Effective, impactful, and transformative leadership and coaching in today’s rapidly changing world requires new kinds of skills and tools as well as broader capacities for awareness and perception. Through our in-person and Zoom courses, we offer tools, frameworks, and approaches for helping leaders and coaches:

  • Navigate complex situations and circumstances and find effective next steps
  • Be more receptive, responsive, creative, and innovative
  • Work with instead of struggle against
  • Expand their capacities for awareness, perception, compassion, and impactful action
  • Expand how they think—to develop a powerful partnership between their intuitive and intellectual minds
  • “Connect the dots” and work with the interconnection of everything
  • Sense the right moments for action and how to move forward, as well as when to step back and let things unfold
  • Reduce stress and foster resilience in the face of uncertainty, hardship, and challenge

Transformational Presence cuts to the essence of circumstances and situations, identifies emerging potential, and then partners with that potential to discover a clear pathway forward—a pathway that can lead us toward a world that works. Transformational Presence is a leadership and coaching approach whose time has come—an essential skill set for navigating the complexities of today’s rapidly changing and uncertain world.

Virtual and/or in-person versions of our courses and programs are currently available in English, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, and French. Courses in Finnish and Italian are in development.

Through his own transformational Presence, Alan Seale creates a uniquely powerful learning environment. He is the most compassionate yet most effective teacher I have ever worked with. He creates a unique, powerful, and sacred energy in the room. He has the gift of making the complex simple.

I had expected that we would do a lot more reflective or meditative practices rather than using “concrete” tools to get us into the intuitive mind. It is mind blowing how well they work. What we learned, we learned with our heads, hearts, and guts. Truly memorable.

Whether you want to get unstuck with personal challenges, become a more effective coach, or a more inspirational leader in service of making the world a better place—work with Alan. You are going to learn to touch the sacred in you and others and become a force that is truly transformational.

Alan Seale's presentations are thought-provoking, highly experiential, and impactful. Participants love that the tools Alan shares in his presentations can be applied immediately. I've invited Alan to speak three times, including both in person and virtually, to two different professional associations. Each time participants were enthused and grateful for Alan and the content he presented.

Alan is a masterful coach. He is an incredible listener and he asks just the right questions at the right time to elevate my thinking. His presence brings out a centered presence within me in a way that I can access my most resourceful self. As a result, I am more calm and confident as I lead my business and my life. Coaching with Alan is a transformational experience and I highly recommend working with him!

Participating in the Transformational Presence for Leaders and Coaches (TPLC) 5-day course was a necessary step on my journey towards my ICF/MCC credential. Without the Transformational Presence foundation course and mentoring, I would not have reached that goal, or at least not as quickly as I did.

Transformational Presence enabled me to evolve as a coach in 3 dimensions:

1. From "analyzing" to "exploring"
2. From "listening to" to "being together with"
3. From "conversing with" to "holding space for"

It turned out that the integration of exactly those 3 elements was the critical ingredient to grow my coaching presence to the MCC level. At that level, coaching is indeed much more about holding space for the coachee's own transformation and growth process rather than just listening and asking questions.

For me, the TPLC has also been about internal "cleaning" and finding new levels of personal maturity. Alan Seale's coaching, mentoring, and facilitating skills are—what shall I say—of an "extraterrestrial" nature. I have followed many, many coaching courses. Most of them were fine, a few were great, but TPLC was a life-shifting experience. I totally recommend TPLC for anyone wishing to self develop, and certainly for coaches wishing to attain the MCC credential through the ICF. Thank you, Alan.

There are very few people who are able to make a quantum, profound, and incredible impact in the lives of those they touch. Alan Seale is one of those few. He is clearly one of the most valuable leading-edge thinkers of our time. Transformational Presence is singularly the most impactful, inspiring, and useful course I have taken in my 8 ½ years of graduate school. I am grateful beyond words.

I have yet to follow a coaching programme that has had more impact on me personally and professionally than the TPLC. I have learned how to cut straight to he core of an issue with my coaching clients in a light yet powerful way, work with whatever appears, and more forward together with speed and ease.

The coaching tools offered in the TPLC are hugely powerful in their simplicity. Deep insights, new opportunity, and greater awareness emerge quickly, regardless of how complex or emotionally charged my client's issue is. Transformational Presence has resulted in significant and sustainable growth for me and for my clients.

I am not the flower-power type. I’m down to earth and rational. And I can be emotional. When I first subscribed to the TPLC course [Transformational Presence for Leaders and Coaches] I read Alan’s book Create a World That Worksin preparation. To be honest, I should say that I tried to read it. I just did not understand what Alan was writing about! Although I was very curious about the course, I have to admit that I was also skeptical.

It is only through experiencing Transformational Presence in the way that Alan presents it in this course that I could really get it. I didn’t recognize how intuitive I am and how significant that would be for me. This was a turning point. Yet I was still hesitant to introduce this approach into my work. I work with entrepreneurs who are also often down-to-earth and rational types like me.

However, thanks to the TPLM [Transformational Presence Leadership and Facilitation Mentoring Program], I made a huge shift and really stepped into my full potential. Since then, so many incredible things have happened. I implement Transformational Presence into my work and life now as if I have been doing it for many years. There’s no more hesitation, only confirmation that this is the way forward, for me, for my clients, and for my family.

I now have a clear elevator pitch when I go out to network. I feel very inspired to talk about soul and ego to entrepreneurs and to see how much they are intrigued about that. I am showing up as a Transformational Presence Coach. Creativity is flowing and I feel so grateful for Alan’s commitment to my learning process and for the community he has built.

Thank you, Alan. I’m quoting you when I say: You truly are a gift.

I can honestly say that this week has been one of life’s richest for me.  The journey from running companies into coaching has been a joyful learning journey but the TPLC programme with you has put a turbo-charger into all that.

The programme looked good on paper, it was highly recommended by those who had been on it before but the experience exceeded both of those in spades.  The frameworks are so well thought through and simple in application.  However the magic of the 5 days came from your own true, magnificent authenticity.  The real learning of Transformational Presence was in experiencing you.

I know I will not be alone in taking away the thrill that just a little bit of it may just have rubbed off on us as a group and individually.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have attended many training courses over the years, including my MBA education, as well as trainings in management, sales, and marketing. However, if I were asked to recommend just one of them, without hesitation I would choose the TPLC. This program has given me so much, both personally and professionally. And the access now to the Transformational Presence global community also provides me with resources and materials. My advice to you - do not hesitate. If your intuition says "yes" to the TPLC, go for it!

I had been struggling for a while to help my clients move from insights to action, from talking to doing, and to help them more fully own and start the changes they desired from within themselves. The TPLA, and Alan in particular, with his embodiment and wisdom, offered me the insights, tools and techniques to first transform myself. As I then began to embody my own personal transformation as a result of this course, shifts started happening with my clients as well. They began walking their talk.

This program is a must for all who want to help organizations transform their culture and strategies towards their greatest potential!

Respectful, effective, impressive, and transformative - leadership and coaching at its best. Alan leads authentically, lovingly, and quickly to the essence of any change that is longing to be made. It must be about 5 years now since I met Alan for the first time. I was immediately taken by his energy and presence. The last two years Alan became my mentor.

In these years what really stood out for me is Alan’s gift to mentor without judgement. He guides gently, he helps you discover, and he is there when you fall down to help you get up again. He really helped me to discover and grow as a person and as a professional.

Today I feel more in balance than ever before, more in the present than I could ever imagine, more able to make conscious choices and stick with them.

In these past 5 years, Transformational Presence has been life changing for me and for the people around me. Life changing from its power, from the positive impact that it can create for people, organizations, and other systems, and from the easy approach to accessing this potential.

I am proud that I could have this experience, and I am honoured to be able to share this with the people and organisations I can serve.

Finding and participating in the TPLC program was a bit like coming home. The program—and the Transformational Presence work—combined the somewhat scattered thoughts, knowledge, and ideas that I already had into a clear, logical and very accessible system.

I liked the mix of theory and simple but powerful exercises, putting the theory into praxis. The basic Transformational Presence exercises and concepts offer endless opportunities for combinations and improvisations, and thus for working intuitively with clients in a way that serves them and helps them to their greatness.

What I find unique with the Transformational Presence work is the focus on energy and deeper levels of transformation, i.e. more on the “being” part than the “doing” part of our human lives, than other coaching teachings I have come across. And on serving a greater good. Alan himself “walked his talk” every minute of the program and was totally present with us. Thank you, Alan!

Alan Seale has a magnificent way of leading individuals and groups through a process of personal discovery. His way of coaching seems at first so simple, and yet it is so rich and profound. I first met Alan in 2012 and immediately understood that I could learn and grow as a leader, as a coach, and as a person through his teachings. Over the last few years, I have participated in most of Alan's courses. The TPLC was a breakthrough moment for me, both professionally and personally. Sweden needs Alan's work, and I'm very excited to host him in Sweden in 2021.

Simply put, this work and this dear man Alan Seale brought me home. Home to my authentic self.

I have been working with Alan since 2000 when I was a young singer/actor in my twenties in New York City. To say my life was merely changed through working with him would be to not fully recognize its importance.

Alan's work is truly transformational in every way. My soul mission is my compass. My life vision (I'm now on my 2nd 15 year plan) is my road map. My continued work with Alan has helped me learn to listen to the knowledge from within. Our work together is fuel that truly feeds my soul.

Every major decision of my life for the last two decades has been vetted through this work, be it personal or business, in a most loving and enlightening way. I recommend coaching and mentoring with Alan to anyone who truly seeks clarity and vision for whatever they may be looking toward.

Alan’s presence is unique and has a depth rarely found. From the first exercise on, he created a space of connection, a space in which it was safe to explore and experiment, a container for people to transform and to participate in one another’s transformation. I highly recommend Transformational Presence programs if you want to cut through story and work at the level of energy to transform yourself and to support others in the transformations they’re looking for. The tools you will gain have incredible depth and are amazingly practical.

I highly recommend TPLC and Supervised Mentor Coaching for those who want to make a significant step forward in their evolution. Not only does it open the door of ancient wisdom; it provides a practical, easy-to-live-and-use approach for being and doing. If you want to develop your own higher knowledge and wisdom, to equally understand and feel where you are, who you are, and the impact of your presence in the world, and help others to do the same, then enroll in the TPLC. Transformational Presence is a breakthrough approach.

Alan has the gift of listening really well and intuitively posing the kind of questions that help me see new and better perspectives during all our talks. He helps me see where the energy is and what role I really want to play. His interventions invite me to operate from my strength as well as see the bigger scheme of things. Alan is also fun to work with and down to earth when I needed to land!

From the beginning the Transformational Presence work impressed with its depth, simplicity, and powerful combination of presence and choice. To be able to create space like that requires nothing less than mastery. This is how Alan’s work is different from any other. Until I became involved in this work, I only knew how to make big changes through sweat, drama, and tears. Alan has shown me that transformation is possible through the stillness of the quiet heart. The greatest takeaway for me has been becoming aware that struggle and difficulty was my choice.

The Transformational Presence courses are for me much more trainings—they offer invitations, once and for all, to declare who I choose to be in my life and what I want to support with my energy and actions.

It must be about 5 years since I met Alan for the first time. I was immediately taken by his energy and presence. In the last two years, Alan became my mentor. During this time, whaat has really stood out for me is Alan’s gift to mentor without judgement. He guides gently and helps you to discover. He is there when you fall down, and then helps you get up again. He really helped me discover and grow as a person and as a professional.

Today I feel more in balance than ever before, more in the present than I could ever have imagined, and more able to make conscious choices and stick with them. Transformational Presence has been life-changing for me and for the people around me. Life-changing from its power; from the positive impact that it can create for people, organizations, and other systems; and from how easy it actually is to access this potential.

I am proud that I could have this experience, and I am honoured to be able to share this with the people and organisations that I serve.

Since 2012, I have had the privilege to be enormously inspired and empowered by Alan and his work. I had already taken many steps in my journey from being a “thinker” to being a high-sensitive “feeler,” yet working with Alan took me to a much higher level.

What has helped me in particular is, simply put, Alan’s presence. In an open, totally non-judgmental way, he invites you to explore whatever is arising for you so that you can understand or receive the insights that are waiting for you. He effortlessly creates an environment in which you can easily tap into more intuitive sources of knowing. His unique approach to coaching and leadership creates a strong interconnection between “being” and “doing” that has enabled me to fully enjoy life with a quiet mind, a relaxed body, and an inspired heart!

Integrating Transformational Presence into my work has brought an ease and acceptance to my coaching that allows me to be present with my clients on a very deep level.

As a huge fan of Alan Seale and the Transformational Presence community, I participated in the "Manifestation: Bring Your Vision to Life" virtual program based on one of Alan's books, The Manifestation Wheel. The Zoom experience provided a weekly platform for sharing, learning and giving life to what was yearning in our hearts. Alan's amazing talent and skill guided our energy while we navigated the manifestation steps to realize our individual visions. I especially recommend and appreciated the Zoom format as the class size on one screen allowed for an intimate connection with participants from around the globe. The outcome of this program will be long remembered as I continue to give life to my vision with joy and gratitude.

After the Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training, I feel gratitude, joy, inspiration, and eagerness. The blend of teaching, interactive exercises, and space for feelings and insights to emerge was masterful. Each day built upon the last, and each break allowed for discoveries to take hold. The clarity of the exercises and their purpose was extremely valuable. The tools and exercises are accessible, surprisingly simple, and still powerful coaching tools that are unlike anything offered in popular certification and workshop approaches.

The work offered by Alan is alive and includes space for everyone to adapt the concepts and tools into their own practice. Alan offers a fascinating challenging body of work that requires practice and understanding, but not strict compliance. It’s a great blend of business, art, science, imagination, and humanity.

Alan and his team present with confidence and equanimity. The program offers challenging and yet surprisingly simple concepts for study and exercises for experience. Alan creates and holds a safe space for everyone to learn and discover how Transformational Presence techniques can be integrated into their own lives and their professional practices. What I learned will not be easily forgotten. My approach has changed because of the experience.

Several years ago, as an experienced business coach, I jumped into the Transformational Presence world with Alan and the TPLC training. What an experience-based learning of who we really are and what our bigger potential is, without all of our stories that get in the way! Alan makes it so practical, so friendly, so natural, so aligned, so all-inclusive.

In addition to my personal growth of feeling more confident and grounded, I am able to support teams and organizations much more easily now—to help them get out of being stuck in their challenges and situations and moving them towards their greater potential.

The additional Mentor Coaching Class with Alan was spot on my potential in being and coaching, and it deepened my focus on transforming the client’s relationship towards the issue or topic that we are working with rather than just trying to “fix” the issue. This makes a huge difference in our work. What a great and inspiring coach you are, Alan. A big thank you!

Alan's mentoring has taken my entrepreneurship, living, and coaching to a next level—the level of living and working inside out. Through our work together, I have learned to meet my life, work, and whatever comes on my path from a true and deep connection with myself and the potential that is waiting to unfold. Alan has the gift to put his finger on the right spot. He has helped me increase and deepen my awareness and get movement where I was stuck. Our work together has been so much more than coaching. He has helped me see and experience life from a different perspective.

My first encounter with the work of Alan Seale in 2007 opened me up to a whole new way of thinking and perceiving the world. Working closely with him since then in many workshops and trainings has completely changed my approach in supporting and coaching entrepreneurs in developing countries around the world—work I’ve been privileged to do for many years as a senior expert of the PUM (the Dutch Manager Deployment Program).

By embracing this work and collaborating with Alan Seale in bringing his work to Europe, I learned who I truly am and discovered my ability to bring others to their own talents and gifts. Because this work has brought so much to me, I set up the Seale Foundation in 2010 to support and promote Alan Seale and his work, initially in The Netherlands and Belgium, and now throughout other parts of the world.

I knew the Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching program would be a safe space to learn and explore, and I fully expected to take my coaching to a new level. However, the program blew me away. I was personally transformed—getting answers to who I am called to be as a coach. And I left with deeply essential yet truly practical tools to facilitate the transformation of my own clients.

The Transformational Presence courses are  for everyone—coach, leader, facilitator, human beings called to co-create with what wants to happen from the largest perspective and potential and make a real difference in the world.

Words are not enough to express the general feeling of wonder and fulfillment I experienced in the TPLA. The authenticity with which Alan guided us through this programme appealed to me the most. In addition to the beautiful build-up and structure that kept on leading to more depth.

Alan's authenticity and calmness are unique. Next to the nice, linear build up of a deep awareness and consciousness of the working tools.

Through the beautiful variety of connections with Alan, the participants and myself, I was able to fully enjoy the depth of the programme. I did not feel any disadvantage of the online form in any way. On the contrary, I was able to experience extra surprise and diversity in the break-out sessions. In addition, Zoom lends itself very well as a programme to easily facilitate this size of group [approximately 40 participants].

A warm and grateful thank you to the whole team and Alan in particular.

Alan is Transformational Presence (and a transformational present). I’ve studied both Transformational Presence and Theory U (Otto Scharmer’s work). Alan brings Theory U alive. Alan uses not so many words, but rather helps you experience (your) potential through his powerful tools. To me, being aligned is most important. Then I’m the instrument.

It’s hard to explain in words how Transformational Presence has enriched my life and work. To put it simply, it reduces drama and brings a lot more choice, commitment, and vitality. So necessary in these times.

The content of the TPLA is simply brilliant, and Alan's delivery of his curriculum is exemplary in so many ways. I loved the balance of experiential learning through participating in the exercises, learning new material, and interacting with Alan and the other participants.

Alan blends wisdom with curiosity and invites the participants to interact with the information in ways that support integration. He is masterful at explaining complex concepts in ways that inspired me to go out and use what I'd learned immediately with my clients. At the same time, Alan is so down to earth and likable, and a wise soul at the same time. He is able to step forward and step back with humility and create a safe space for learning. His is a very rare skill.

I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to step into greater leadership in their lives, both professionally and personally.

So much has happened for me since I was first introduced to the Transformational Presence work. No matter what is going on, my grounding in Transformational Presence is never far away. Decision-making, both day-to-day and long-term, are so much easier and clearer now. I can still get caught on a personal rollercoaster from time to time, yet now I realize that it happens when I need to let go of something and take a big step forward. And now when the rollercoaster appears, I have tools and frameworks that help me quickly get grounded again, find clarity, and take action. I’m also getting better and faster at recognizing the rollercoaster before it sweeps me away.

More and more, I’m able to be a “vessel” for the things that need to happen. Most important to me is that I’m feeling much more at home in myself. My internal fire is so much stronger than ever before. I feel so privileged to have been introduced to Transformational Presence and to continue receiving its incredible gifts.

On many levels, my work with Alan over the past few years has given me the clarity of vision and strength of conviction necessary to do my best work possible. His incredible insight and sensitivity have helped me to both uncover my place in the world and to live my best life possible.

The TPLA on Zoom was a fantastic experience. It brought me great clarity about where I am on my path to conscious leadership and where I need to go next. I felt very supported by the community. My path and the choices I am making are now more embodied. And I feel inspired to use this work in the service of others.

This online programme with Alan Seale came at the right moment for me. Over the past few years, I had read a lot of Alan's work, but these sessions brought his teachings to life. This was a whole new level of experiential learning for me. Zoom did not get in the way, quite on the contrary I would say. During the exercises you could choose to turn the camera off. I felt free to experiment with posture, movement. Whatever I needed to get clarity on my chosen topics. It was very private and yet you could feel you were guided and supported by someone who can hold the space for you.

In breakout sessions, we then talked about what had come to our awareness during the exercise, what we learned. Suddenly, there were words for the embodied experience – it was shared and thus reinforced. Amazingly, we never felt compelled to talk about the issue itself, just our discoveries and the process. Wow.

It will take months to compost all that I learned. The course is a gift that will keep giving. I feel privileged. Thank you.

Since I first started with the TPLC in 2015, I have noticed a profound change in who I am and where I am. The largest shift happened at the Soul Mission, and then the TPLA anchored it deeper down inside of me. The TPLA in 2018 helped me to make an enormous shift in my work and the way I show up in my work. Thank you!

I initially came to Alan because I was stuck in a frustrating place in my career and had not been able to move forward. With Alan, I initially learned that I had the ability to choose who I am BEING in any situation regardless of my circumstances. As my focus shifted from my frustrating circumstances to who I choose to BE in these situations, things started to change quickly in my work.  Job opportunities I had long wished for started appearing and suddenly I was working on a whole new level.

Since those initial changes took place, my work with Alan has deepened to a greater focus on the beauty, constancy and unlimited potential of my soul. He has helped me open doors that I never dreamed possible. I am amazed and excited to watch my career and life get better and better as my life becomes more and more a reflection of my being.

After a session with Alan, I am brimming with energy and have a clear picture of my next step. The stormy dark cloud of time pressure, complexity, or the tangle of inextricable questions that I sometimes bring along, opens up to a clear horizon. Spicy challenges suddenly become beautiful adventures to fully enjoy.

Alan's coaching and mentoring have given me the courage to take on challenges that I would have otherwise avoided. As I step into my own learning edges, it becomes easier for the people I work with to do the same.

What I love about working with Alan is that his invitation to grow is so warm that you almost don't realize how incisive and effective he is in guiding you, as well as your projects, to the next stage. His coaching and mentoring make me a better professional and a more lighthearted human. I highly recommend working one-on-one with Alan!

Transformational Presence work bridges in every sense: the being with the doing, the seen with the unseen world, intellect and intuition. The result is greater creativity, cooperation and innovation, and genuine happiness.

Working with Alan is a real privilege. His unique presence is purely authentic, powerful, and liberating. He has a way of intuitively asking the right questions at the right moment in the most appropriate way, often bringing transformation on the spot. For me personally, this has been extremely valuable in my search for fulfillment in the second half of my life. Specifically, it inspired me to found the Academy of New Leadership Quinter in The Netherlands in 2012.

There are a lot of books and theories about leadership and coaching. Alan has distilled the essence to create his extremely powerful approach, Transformational Presence. It is profound on the one hand, practical on the other.

I recommend any program or workshop with Alan without any hesitation to anyone who wants to live a more meaningful or effective life.

The term “coach” is a misleading one when describing Alan Seale. Working with Alan feels less like coaching and more like an invitation.  Alan is invitational, calling you to awareness.  His coaching style is a gentle beckoning for you to come back home to yourself, to your true essence.

Alan continually reminds me to pay attention to what is emerging, and to partner with that energy and possibility.  Having claimed my own soul mission, accompanied by Alan, he has also offered me a different set of lenses through which to see the world and envision new ways of creating spaces for people to connect and love.

Working with him leads me to take my place on the center stage of my own life.  Our journey together has guided me to embrace that big stage and to show up fully and wholeheartedly.

I have been leading companies for 20 years. However, for the last 15 years, I knew that there had to be more for me. Also, my health and well-being were suffering, and I started looking for answers. I started travelling all over the world to follow more than 30 courses in the realm of consciousness development. I wanted to find out how leaders and companies could break through existing patterns and create a new way of conscious business.

During these courses, I received beautiful insights and flashes of awareness. Yet none helped me put the whole picture together until I met Alan. We began our work together in Spring 2020 through personal coaching, and I have participated in all of his four signature Zoom courses.

Alan has an amazing way of bringing universal teachings into presence and action with such simplicity that I hadn’t yet seen in other courses or with other teachers. Working with Alan and getting involved in the Transformational Presence community has brought me to my essence and full presence—not by my intellect alone, but through experiencing the whole of my being. He offers simple tools and frameworks that I work with daily.

As a result, I have been able to step easily beyond my former patterns into a field of potential and possibilities. Alan taught me how to approach things from an energy perspective—that we cannot get rid of feelings, beliefs, behaviors, or circumstances, but we can transform them. And then effective action becomes possible.

Through Transformational Presence, I have become a completely new leader, a transformational leader. My power and excitement are back in my work and in my life. And now I am guiding other leaders with the Transformational Presence approach so that, together, we can help to create a world that works.

Alan, I am deeply grateful for you coming into my life.

It has been a great journey with Alan over the last couple of years. When I first met him, I felt instantly that I had found the ultimate guide. Alan has completely lived up to my expectations and delivered! He has enabled me to integrate my personal belief system with my daily working activities as a psychologist and coach.

The tools Alan has developed are invaluable. For me, he is the only example of a teacher who “walks his talk” and embodies the change that both he and I want to see in the world. Intensely and lovingly committed and involved, Alan has given me confidence to continue in this approach and has provided me with the biggest picture possible of the contribution I can make to others.

On the last day of the Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training in Belgium in 2013, I knew that I wanted to be coached by Alan. Since then, we had a series of coaching sessions over a period of 18 months. Alan guided and coached me in two areas: firstly, to recognize for myself my gifts to the world; and secondly, to gain serenity and courage as I managed the closure of a business site.

What I love about Alan’s work is the way he enables you to focus from different perspectives. He intuitively knows when you are at a breakthrough moment and supports you to move forward. One of the most incredible coaching sessions we had was on a painting I had created called “Windows on Change.” Alan coached me throughout the whole session by simply asking me questions reflecting on the energy of this painting and the messages it had for me. The painting and the energy of this session accompanied me on my own journey of change through the closure of the business site. It was extremely powerful.

As a result of this coaching journey, I no longer systematically “normalize” my capabilities. I am aware of my gifts and I use them. I went through the journey of change choosing how I wanted to be and knowing why I was doing the project. This has resulted in much more serenity for me as I now move on to the next chapter of my life and work.

I still remember my first days of Transformational Presence and this feeling of finally finding what I was longing for. Alan’s work is truly remarkable and life changing. Beyond the many practical and easy-to-use coaching and leadership tools and frameworks, he has created this unique breakthrough approach that helps you see and sense with new awareness and clarity what is wanting to happen and discover the steps that follow. Truly leading your life from the emerging future.

One of the greatest gifts I received from this approach is nurturing the acceptance of being with what is, however challenging or turbulent my life circumstances may be. I now know the path that takes me to the place of Choice, and this is so essential!

I am also deeply inspired by the amazing coach and wonderful mentor that Alan is and, more than anything, by the wonderful person that he is: authentic, warm, caring, loving, highly supportive, and so generous in all that he shares. He embodies beautifully what he has been teaching us. It is a great privilege to know him.

Transformational Presence work appeals to me because of the beautiful combination of grand theory and very practical application. Alan has a great talent for making complex concepts into very simple tools. Above all, he is truly congruent, thus inviting great-pleasure learning. Applying and living Transformational Presence feels really natural to me. It has helped me focus more in life and sharpen my presence. And my coaching has become quicker and deeper, and is bringing much greater results for my clients.

Alan’s presence, kindness, natural grace, and tremendous skills take you straight to the essence of what matters. With his coaching support, I uncovered my soul mission with ease and clarity. As a result, I am more aligned within myself and make better decisions, both personally and professionally. I also learned new practical tools and feel I grew as a coach to better serve both my individual and organizational clients.

Coaching with Alan is a transformative experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to grow, to learn, to be a better leader or coach, and to impact the world in a bigger way. Working with him will not only open a field of new possibilities; you will also find inner peace and joy as you move forward.

Alan Seale is a truly remarkable coach, author, and leader. I first met him in 2015 when I participated in his Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training program as a part of my Master Certified Coach education. I have since also engaged Alan as my coach. He is an incredible mentor and facilitator.

Alan's expertise and knowledge in the realm of transformational leadership and coaching are second to none. His books are a testament to his depth of insight and understanding of the human experience.

Yet what really sets Alan apart is his ability to connect with people on a deep and meaningful level. His coaching style is both compassionate and challenging, pushing you to grow beyond your perceived limitations while always remaining grounded in a sense of empathy and support.

Alan’s commitment to his vision of a world that works shines through everything he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’m grateful for all the support he has given me in my own journey.
