Announcing the launch of the new Center for Transformational Presence website at TransformationalPresence.org! More than six months in the making, at last our new site is live and welcoming guests. Please come to visit!

When you first arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a slide show of beautiful photography from around the world and quotes from the Transformational Presence work. As you scroll down, you’ll find a short welcome video introducing you to the Center for Transformational Presence. Scroll on down a little further to find visual presentations of all of our programs and services as well as our calendar, weekly newsletter, my weekly blog, and our store. The home page wraps up with inspiring and powerful endorsements from people around the world who have participated in our programs.

With this new site, I’m also very excited to launch a new three-day leadership development program, “Transformation in Action.” This program will have its first outings in August in Denmark and in September in Montana, USA. The Denmark program is for a private group of coaches, but the Montana program is open to anyone who would like to join us. Doing this transformative leadership work in the spectacular beauty and breathtaking nature of Glacier National Park and Flathead National Forest will be an incredible gift to all of us. The TPLA on Zoom was a fantastic experience. It brought me great clarity about where I am on my path to conscious leadership and where I need to go next. I felt very supported by the community. My path and the choices I am making are now more embodied. And I feel inspired to use this work in the service of others.

This online programme with Alan Seale came at the right moment for me. Over the past few years, I had read a lot of Alan's work, but these sessions brought his teachings to life. This was a whole new level of experiential learning for me. Zoom did not get in the way, quite on the contrary I would say. During the exercises you could choose to turn the camera off. I felt free to experiment with posture, movement. Whatever I needed to get clarity on my chosen topics. It was very private and yet you could feel you were guided and supported by someone who can hold the space for you.

In breakout sessions, we then talked about what had come to our awareness during the exercise, what we learned. Suddenly, there were words for the embodied experience – it was shared and thus reinforced. Amazingly, we never felt compelled to talk about the issue itself, just our discoveries and the process. Wow.

It will take months to compost all that I learned. The course is a gift that will keep giving. I feel privileged. Thank you.

When I first subscribed to the TPLC course [Transformational Presence for Leaders and Coaches] I read Alan’s book Create a World That Worksin preparation. It is only through experiencing Transformational Presence in the way that Alan presents it in this course that I could really get it.
