With all that is happening in the world, thoughts, feelings, and emotions can become overwhelming. What do we do with those powerful feelings and emotions? How can we harness the energy behind those powerful feelings and emotions so that we can move forward in a constructive way?

We can’t get rid of feelings and emotions. However, we can transform them. Transformational Presence offers a simple yet powerful practice to help us work with feelings and emotions rather than fight against them.
