I started travelling all over the world to follow more than 30 courses in the realm of consciousness development. I wanted to find out how leaders and companies could break through existing patterns and create a new way of conscious business.

During these courses, I received beautiful insights and flashes of awareness. Yet none helped me put the whole picture together until I met Alan. We began our work together in Spring 2020 through personal coaching, and I have participated in all of his four signature Zoom courses.

Alan has an amazing way of bringing universal teachings into presence and action with such simplicity that I hadn’t yet seen in other courses or with other teachers. Working with Alan and getting involved in the Transformational Presence community has brought me to my essence and full presence—not by my intellect alone, but through experiencing the whole of my being. He offers simple tools and frameworks that I work with daily.

As a result, I have been able to step easily beyond my former patterns into a field of potential and possibilities. Alan taught me how to approach things from an energy perspective—that we cannot get rid of feelings, beliefs, behaviors, or circumstances, but we can transform them. And then effective action becomes possible.

Through Transformational Presence, I have become a completely new leader, a transformational leader. My power and excitement are back in my work and in my life. And now I am guiding other leaders with the Transformational Presence approach so that, together, we can help to create a world that works.
