Words are not enough to express the general feeling of wonder and fulfillment I experienced in the TPLA. The authenticity with which Alan guided us through this programme appealed to me the most. In addition to the beautiful build-up and structure that kept on leading to more depth. Alan's authenticity and calmness are unique. Next to the nice, linear build up of a deep awareness and consciousness of the working tools. Through the beautiful variety of connections with Alan, the participants and myself, I was able to fully enjoy the depth of the programme. I did not feel any disadvantage of the online form in any way. On the contrary, I was able to experience extra surprise and diversity in the break-out sessions. This online programme with Alan Seale came at the right moment for me. Over the past few years, I had read a lot of Alan's work, but these sessions brought his teachings to life. This was a whole new level of experiential learning for me. Zoom did not get in the way, quite on the contrary I would say. During the exercises you could choose to turn the camera off. I felt free to experiment with posture, movement. Whatever I needed to get clarity on my chosen topics.
